步驟 1:
請在你計畫來德國入學半年前填好這份線上註冊表格寄回給我們。如果你只登記2、3、4或5個月的短期停留,你整年間隨時都可以開始上學(只能在公立學校)。如果你想待5或11個月或甚至更久的時間,你可以在秋天或春天開始.
步驟 2:
在你寄給我們註冊表格後,你會收到一份更詳細的註冊表格,你必須填好並附上預付款500歐元寄回給我們。如果你登記的是國際學校或私立學校,我們另外還會寄給你一份和我們合作的學校特色介紹資料.
在詳細的註冊表格裡我們會請你告訴我們
- 更多關於你,你的嗜好,你的家庭情形
- 一篇短文說明你為什麼想來德國上學的原因
- 寫給你未來寄宿家庭的一封信,向他們介紹你自己
- 你的老師關於你德語水平的評估
- 你最後一份成績單副本 - 附學校印章

- 關於你健康狀況的醫生聲明
步驟 3:
一旦你寄回詳細的註冊表格和500歐元預付款給我們,我們就會開始安排的工作:現在我們有了一切我們所需要的資料,可以幫你找到一家適合你,符合你期望和個人狀況的學校了.
你所付費用的用途
在德國學校上學並不是免費的,不管你上的是國立,私立或國際學校。不同學校費用差別很大,但是沒有一所學校是免費的。
任何國家都一樣,在私立和國際學校上課住宿要交錢,在公立學校上課不用繳費。所以外國人很快就能接受繳費給私立學校,卻覺得很奇怪,為什麼公立學校的課程節目不是免費的。
你上公立學校所交的費用並不是上課費 - 你所交的費用是外國學生所需要的支持與服務費用:
- 住宿: 你所住的寄宿家庭每個月會得到一筆照顧你的補貼。這項補貼並不是你實際吃住的費用,而是感謝這個家庭所花下的所有功夫。GLS工作人員找到寄宿家庭,挑選審查需要許多工作 - 這項服務也包含在費用裡面.
- 安排學校: 安排外國學生在一家國立學校註冊是一個非常冗長繁瑣的程序,需要很多不同工作人員參與,打很多電話,拜訪學校,還有很多紙上作業。公立學校通常自己並不照顧外國學生,所以GLS為你解決這個問題.
- 諮詢: 我們幫你搜集所有必要的資料,並確保你交出所有需要的文件。如果你需要簽證,我們也會為你準備申請簽證所需要的"邀請函".

- ACCOMMODATION
Whether you choose a boarding school or a day school in Germany, GLS takes care of your accommodation. If you opt to stay with a host family in Germany, we’ll arrange a family for you Host families receive a monthly allowance to cover meals and basic expenses - this doesn't fully cover their costs, but it acknowledges their commitment. GLS carefully selects and inspects every host family to ensure a safe and enriching stay - all included in your program fee.
- SCHOLL PLACEMENT
Enrolling as an international student in a German school involves navigating bureaucracy, school visits, paperwork, and ongoing follow-up. GLS handles the entire school placement process in Germany for you, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
- TUITION
Public (state) schools in Germany do not charge tuition fees. If you choose a private or international school option, tuition fees will apply and are included in your total program cost where relevant.
- CONSULTING & VISA SUPPORT
GLS provides expert guidance throughout your entire application and visa process. We help make sure all your documents are complete and accurate. If you require a student visa, we provide the official letter of invitation necessary for your visa application at the German embassy or consulate.
- SUPERVISION & ONGOING SUPPORT
A local GLS coordinator near your school in Germany will support you during your entire stay. We organize an orientation shortly after your arrival and are available year-round to assist with any challenges or questions - whether related to school, your host family, or adjusting to life in Germany.
- TRANSFERS
To ensure a safe and stress-free start, GLS arranges your transfer from the airport or train station directly to your accommodation in Germany.
