You are planning on getting a certificate from the Goethe Institut? We will get you ready for the exam: The GLS language school in Berlin offers prep courses for exams on level B1, B2, C1 and C2. The GLS courses are coordinated with the examination dates at the Goethe Institut. Please register for the exam first (please do so here) before enrolling in one of our prep courses.

Goethe B1
from 595 €
Prep courses for certificate Goethe B1
Duration: 3 weeks, with the exam in week 4 @ Goethe Institut in Berlin or near you

Prep courses for Goethe B2 are available in 2 formats:
- A: 10 lessons per week | MON to FRI, 01.15 PM to 02.45 PM - 595 €
- B: 30 lessons per week | MON to FRI, 09.00 AM to 02.45 PM - 1.220 €
Option A focuses exclusively on the exam format, with a maximum of 8 students per group. Option B supplements A with an intensive course in the morning, which trains general German and takes place in groups of max. 14. Option B is recommended if you still need to improve your German in order to reach the examination level.

2. Private courses: one-to-one or mini-group
Available on campus in Berlin and via Zoom, Skype, MS teams - anytime between 9 AM and 10 PM Berlin time, also on weekends.
Goethe B1 - C2
from 630 €
If you want to be completely flexible timewise, we recommend preparation for one of the Goethe certificates either one-to-one or in a private mini-group. A private mini-group is a group you put together - with friends or fellow students (max. 6 per group). Share fun and split costs!
Prices
Teaching available anytime between 9 AM and 10 PM Berlin time. Weekend surcharge: 25%. Minimum booking 10 lessons à 45 minutes.

Details
- Start: Anytime
- Workload: we recommend 10 online teaching units per week, split in 2 - 5 sessions
- Personal Coaching plus homework for self study inbetween sessions
- Content: training the skills you need to perform well in all sections of the Goethe exam (speaking, listening, reading, writing); simulating and rehearsing exam situations
- Duration: depending on your current level. If your German is already on the examination level, 10 teaching units may suffice to familiarize you with the testing format. If you still need to improve your German, you'll need more (read more here).
